Lisi's "Berry Kool" Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • ½ skim milk
  • 2 stalks of kale, leaves removed and finely chopped
  • Yield 2 servings 8 oz. each
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
