Lisi's "Berry Kool" Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
- ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ skim milk
- 2 stalks of kale, leaves removed and finely chopped
- Yield 2 servings 8 oz. each
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
