Cardiac Rehabilitation in Beaumont

Heart Health with Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas

The cardiac rehabilitation at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast is designed to assist cardiac patients in attaining optimal cardiovascular health and fitness. Our program assists patients in reducing or modifying risk factors contributing to coronary artery disease while promoting improved self-image, emotional well being and confidence through education and exercise. It is available to patients while in the hospital and after discharge on an outpatient basis
