Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient
Mental Health Solutions to Fit Your Beaumont Lifestyle
Baptist's Tranquility Outpatient offers two levels of care in a highly structured treatment environment that is predicated on personal responsibility, individual dignity, and self-esteem. At Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, we help our Beaumont patients to take steps toward mental health with programs that allow them to continue living at home with their families.
Mental Health Programs
There are two programs we offer at our hospital. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is available for those adults who require maximum support and therapy and who would other receive inpatient treatment. Intensive Outpatient is designed for adults who are stable, but still require group therapy. PHP runs Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The Intensive Outpatient Program operates within the framework of PHP, however, the days of attendance are negotiated with the patient to best meet their individual needs.
Treatment methods in the program includes:
- Comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment services
- Individual and group psychotherapy
- Family therapy
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Medication management and monitoring
- Specialized nursing
- Coordination with community and health services for improved wellness
- Educational services
- Comprehensive discharge planning
Transportation to and from the program is available for those patients living within a 25 mile radius of Baptist Beaumont Hospital.
