- Exception: 1 Parent overnight for pediatrics and patient representative’s pre/post-surgery. 1 adult visitor per Behavioral Health Children/Adolescent Patient. 2 parents will be allowed in the Pediatric Emergency Room and NICU
- 1 visitor will be allowed in Labor and Delivery/ Mother and Baby Units (Obstetrical patients only)
- Extenuating Circumstances: House Supervisor will address.
- Common Space* Rules: No areas of congregations; Cafeteria: will remain open: seating area at Rao’s closed: Staff/Physician Lounges will remain open

Entry Point Management/ Patients and Visitors: - Screeners:
- Limiting public access (Stationed at ER Entrance Only)
- Screeners asking 2 questions
- Offsite Buildings : 1 entry point per offsite area
- Masking: Patient positive for any questions.

Employees, Medical Staff/Health Professionals, and Vendors: - Self-Screening
- Must complete hand hygiene: with alcohol based hand sanitizer, (if soiled, soap and water) at hospital entry point and unit entry point.
- Employee Entrances: Badge Only.

EMS: - Arrival Process: Conduct screening with EMS per policy/procedures.
- Screening: Follow screening protocols.

Volunteers/ Students/ Valet - Volunteers/Student Volunteers: Limited in the hospital, no patient contact.
- Students: No high school HOSA programs and no college clinical rotations.
- Valet: ED ONLY. Alcohol based hand sanitizer.
