Children's Mental Health Program - Ages 5-12

The Behavioral Health Center treats children as a separate group from older adolescents. The center provides a safe, warm, nurturing environment for evaluating and treating behavioral issues and mental health problems such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, and depression. This program is designed to provide parents/caretakers with information, direction and skill in the management of their child.

A team of specialists-including a psychiatrist, social workers, registered nurses, activity therapists and psychotherapists – will design an individualized treatment plan for your child and assess the effectiveness of treatment routinely. Parents are encouraged to participate in their child’s treatment.
