Adult Substance Abuse Program
Addiction is a specific disease that has destructive effects on the health, personality and relationship of the addict and those close to the addict. Treatment must address all aspects of the disease to be effective. Because family involvement is critical to recovery, our program stresses family education, family counseling, and group counseling with other families.
The Adult Substance Abuse Program is staffed by a team of professionals – including a psychiatrist, licensed chemical dependency counselors, registered nurses, activity therapists, social workers, and psychotherapists – selected for their expertise in the treatment of alcohol and other drug dependence.
